BRM has set up a Research & Development (R & D) Department to carry out the following tasks:
- Continuous
process enhancement with a view to optimizing the operational efficiency.
- Continuous improvement of production efficiency through process automation, upgrading of skills and elimination of wastes.
- Continuous development of new products to meet the ever-changing market needs, especially the OE customers.
To date, BRM
has invested more than US 5 million in testing and quality assurance
equipment. These facilities are used to help achieve the company's R & D objectives.
The resourceful and fully equipped R & D Department has helped the company to become not merely an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), but also an innovative Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).
