To ensure that all the alloy wheels produced by BRM are up to the expected quality, the factory is fully equipped with hi-tech machines and equipment to carry out the following inspections, tests and examinations:

Concurrent with efforts to expand the market, the manufacturing operation have been continuously strengthened and upgraded with more advanced and more automated equipment. To this end, Robotics operation was introduced in the gravity die-casting section in 1994 and the latest generation of Japanese Low Pressure die-casting machines costing USD 3 million was added in 2007. To further improve finishing and appearance levels of the wheels, Automatic Electrostatic Spray Painting Line was also added in 2007 with an investment of USD 2 million.

To ensure that the product quality is internationally up to the mark, JRD wheels were sent to TUV of Germany for testing and certification, and in 1993 the company became the first alloy wheel manufacturer in Malaysia to be given a TUV marking. Furthermore, in matching clients' needs, its wheels were also sent to the Vehicle Inspection Agency (VIA) of Japan for tests and passed. In line with the needs of the Automobile OEM requirements, BRM improved its quality and processes to meet the requirements of ISO: TS 16949:2002 and received TS certification in the year 2004.

The confidence in the superior quality of BRM wheels, produced by technically advanced equipment and backed by stringent quality control, has enabled BRM to extend a full one year product warranty to its customers, the first of its kind in Malaysia, with the product liability insurance provided by one of the largest financial services groups in Malaysia
